Rhode Island Sweet 16 / Quinceanera Pictures

With the buildings of Providence, Rhode island as the backdrop, I think the picture of the celebrant and her entourage is great. One of the things that make this picture and the other pictures here look special is the editing of the borders. After the editind, the pictures look like post cards to me. Would you agree? If so, spin a win (just joking).

Standard poses. I think the kids arehaving fun posing. And with long long streched limo, they are having a good time and some thing to remember the rest of their lives. We shot 700 pictures for this event. The kids all have them in facebook.

She's a Natural in posing. A general rule in posing for pictures is "lean". Be at an "Angle". The opposite of this which is generally incorrect is pose like soldier in attention. Notice how she leaned a little back....and her body is not directly in front of the camera.

This was at downtown Providence. I have to walk a little bit as the parking was a little problem. I had my bags of camera equipment too which I have to carry. I should have brought a dolly. But the mother wanted the shoot in Providence at last minute. But although it was a last minute decision, I think it was worth the effort.
